The Flekus manufacturing bases are located in Zhongshan and Jiangmen of Guangdong Province, and possess 12000 ㎡ of standardized dust free intelligent production workshops. The factory has passed and strictly implements ISO9001, ISO14001 and BSCI management system standards. Flekus has first class automated equipment and complete independent intellectual property rights, with more than 60 skilled production team members, over 10 professional R&D and engineering team members, 75 die bonders, and 15 fully automated COB LED strip production lines, with a monthly capacity of 5 million meters. Flekus fully automated production covers the entire production process from LED chip & resistor bonding, reflow soldering, bonding defect detection and repair, glue and phosphor coating, baking and curing to strip segmentation. It has truly realized the transformation and upgrading from traditional labor intensive manufacturing to modern knowledge intensive intelligent manufacturing.
